Professionals Real Estate reached a new milestone this week, raising over $3 million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), during the course of a relationship that has spanned 13 years.
The fundraising achievement was announced at the annual international Professionals real estate conference in Melbourne, where the group also celebrated its 40th anniversary.
Professionals are proud to be a long-standing Diamond Partner of NBCF and continuously put in an incredible amount of hard work and dedication to raise funds for the charity wherever they can.
The group contributes $10 from every property sale around the country to NBCF as well as organising fundraising events and activities throughout the year including golf days and Pink Ribbon breakfasts, with one of the biggest being in WA.
You will also regularly see Professionals offices holding cake stalls and raffles for NBCF, anything to help raise those much-needed funds.
The money raised through all of these efforts contributes to life changing research.
NBCF is the leading community-funded organisation in Australia raising money for research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer.
One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, and eight women die from breast cancer everyday in Australia. NBCF offers hope to women and men all around the country, with the aspirational goal of zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030.
Every Professionals office and the people who have helped them raise funds should be extremely proud of this amazing fundraising achievement.
Professionals won’t be resting on their laurels though. They will stay true to their core value of “together we create meaningful impact “ and will continue their commitment to NBCF to ensure they win the fight against breast cancer.
